Carly has done everything in her power and I can even say beyond when I was wrongly paid. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond what is expected from construction recruitment agencies, and we do this by abiding by the following promises:

All orders are filled with tried and tested workers where possible
All new workers go through rigorous checks including right to work, accreditation checks, criminal record/health checks, and are obligated to provide two references from checkable/reputable companies
All long-term operatives are offered manual handling courses on the second day FOC. This ensures our clients are protected as much as possible and receive the highest standard of staffing solution
All new starters will be accompanied by a RedRock member of staff on the first day to ensure a smooth start
We back-up all of our jobs to ensure if – on the unlikely chance – we are let down, we have people available to replace them before induction takes place
All RedRock employees have access to our database from home and take orders from our clients on evenings/weekends should emergency labour be required
We can offer payroll services to our clients at a minimal charge should they wish to put workers through RedRock
Our online timesheets slash timesheet completion times in half and resolve most pay queries
All certifications/references are sent to the hiring manager the day before any operatives starts
We offer a client portal that clients can visit to check their invoices and make any adjustments. Click here to visit the client portal.

PLUS: We have our very own testing centre right here at RedRock, which means we have the facilities and capabilities to offer operatives trained and reliable staff with in-date cards (e.g. CSCS).
