As the Founder of RedRock, Dan has been working in construction recruitment since 2007, spanning across consultancy and construction management. Prior to this, he worked as a bricklayer, providing the business with invaluable onsite experience. For the past decade, he has been involved in a variety of the flagship projects, both in London and nationwide.

Co-Founder of RedRock, Steve has a corporate background, working across all construction recruitment sectors since 2007 and successfully sourcing and placing personnel across every area of the industry. With this, he brings knowledge of dealing with the UK’s top 25 contractors, keeping RedRock consistently fresh and current.

Judie started her role at RedRock in 2020 and aided us through the difficulties of the pandemic. Over the past few years, she has grown into an important member of the RedRock team.

Lucy is one of our first employees, joining us back in 2016, and manages everything to do with payroll and human resources. She has been with RedRock through thick and thin.
